Shane John (1901-1977) is an American artist. Born in Russia to a Jewish family. He lived in emigration in Brooklyn, New York. He worked at New York's top advertising agencies as a design artist. He was also involved in printmaking. Most of the solo exhibitions were held in New York, some of which were covered by New York Times reporters.
