Sukholit Oleksandr (born in 1960) - Ukrainian sculptor, artist, printmaker, author of installations. Born in Chornotichi village, Chernihivska region. Graduated from Uzhhorod school of decorative and applied arts (1979), Kyiv state art institute, sculpture division (1986). Works of the artist are stored in museums of Ukraine (State museum of fine arts, Kyiv; State museum of Russian art, Kyiv; State museum of books and printing, Kyiv; National museum of Kyiv history; State museum of fine arts, Kharkiv; State museum of modern fine arts, Khmelnytsky and other), abroad (Tama Art University Museum, Tokyo, Japan; Wetting Gallery (Odense, Denmark); Municipal museum of Varaždin, Croatia) and within private collections among the world. Lives and works in Kyiv.
