Tokarev Anatoliy Andreevich (born 1946) - Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, monumental. Born in Kiev. Graduated from the KDIH (1970), where he studied at T. Yablonska and M. Deregus. Member of the UCU. Participant of the Republican and All-Union (since 1970), as well as international (since 1973) exhibitions. The works are in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the Lugansk Art Museum and private collections in Europe. Lives and works in Kiev.
