Biography of the author
Mintchine Isaac (1900-1941) - French painter, graphic artist of Ukrainian origin. Born in the city. Kyiv into a Jewish family. He studied at the Kiev Art School. He emigrated to France (1920). He painted portraits, landscapes, still lifes, domestic scenes. In his work was influenced by primitive art and Marc Chagall. He lived and worked in France.
