Volodymyr Lutsenko (1940-2012) was a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. He was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. He graduated from the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute named after A. Herzen (1968), Faculty of Fine Arts. His teachers were L. Kryvchytskyi, M. Khomyakov, D. Shuvalov. Member of the National Union of Artists (since 1989). Exhibitor of numerous art exhibitions. He lived and worked in Zaporizhzhia.
