Author Biography
Yurii Solomko (born 1962) is a Ukrainian painter, photographer, author of objects and installations. He was born in Crimea. Graduated from the Krasnodar Art School (1986); Kyiv Art Institute (1992). Member of the artistic group "Paris Commune" (1990-1994). The artist's works are kept in the collections of the Russian State Museum (St. Petersburg), the Alexander Glazer Museum of Russian Art (New York, USA), the Henny-Onstand Art Center, Hovikoden, (Oslo, Norway), as well as in numerous private collections around the world. Lives and works in Kyiv.
