Salvador Dali (1904-1989) - Spanish painter, graphic artist, sculptor, writer and director. One of the most famous representatives of surrealism. Born in the city. Figueras (Spain). He began to paint early childhood under the direction of J. Nuñez. The first exhibition was held in the Municipal Theater of Figueres (1919). He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Madrid (1922-1926). Moved to Paris (1926). Trying to find your style, experimented with Cubism and Dadaism areas. He went to the surrealist group, organized by Henri Breton (1929). In 1930 master paintings exhibited at many international exhibitions and brought worldwide fame to the author.
