Biography
Frank Cohen Kirk (1889-1963) is an American artist of Ukrainian descent. Painter, master of still life. Born in Zhytomyr. Due to political repression, the family was forced to flee to America (1906). He received his artistic education at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He traveled to Europe, where he also studied painting (1925). He has provided many exhibitions, including devoted to Jewish subjects. He was a member of the prestigious artistic associations of America.
