Biography
Silvashi Tiberii (b. 1947) - Ukrainian artist-abstractionist. Born in Mukachevo. He studied at Kiev Republican Art School (1962-1966); Kyiv State Art Institute (1965-1972). Member of the Union of Ukrainian Artists (since 1978). Founder and ideologist of the artistic group "Painting reserve." Leader of the school of modern Ukrainian neo abstraction. He lives and works in Kyiv. Pictures by Silvashi are stored in museums in Munich, Vienna, New Jersey, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Uzhhorod, Kyiv, and also in private collections in Europe and USA.
