This work is from the series about Kyiv patterns. In addition to its architectural and historical value, the "Kyivska Rus" cinema also has a personal significance for the author. It was the first cinema the author visited in his life. Therefore, this work is about a personal relationship, an impression of iconic Kyiv places.

Author Biography
Bohdan Sokur (born 1994) is a Ukrainian artist. He studied at the Course of Academic Drawing at the studio of Olena Plashevska (2015-2017), the School of Contemporary Art at the Institute of Contemporary Art (Kyiv, 2015-2016). Participant of numerous group and personal exhibitions in museums and galleries of Ukraine. Works are in private collections of Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Belgium, Moldova, France, Belarus, Norway, as well as in the collection of the Regional Art Museum of Cherkasy. Lives and works in Kyiv.
