Neledva Halyna (1938-2017) - Ukrainian artist. Studied in the Kyiv state art institute. Permanent member of republican, all-union and international exhibitions (since 1959). Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (since 1963). Silver Medal at exhibition "Sport in Art" (1968). Prize of Union of Artists of USSR for the best work of the year (1972). Medal of Union of Artists for a series of portraits (1979). First prize at the "Art of Ukraine" competition (Kyiv, 1988). Award from Unian of Artists at the competition "Art of USSR" (Moscow, 1989). Works of the artist are kept in the museums of Ukraine, Georgia, Germany, Russia and in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, USA, England, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, Israel and other countries. Ryzhykh Viktor (b. 1933) - Ukrainian painter. Born in Omsk. He graduated from Kyiv Art Institute (1958), where he studied udner W. Puzurkov, H.Melihova, K.Trohymenka. Works in easel painting. Member of the National Union of Artists (1961). Full member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1980). People's Artist of Ukraine (2003). The works of the master kept in the Tretyakov Gallery, National Museum of Ukrainian Art and many other museums of Ukraine and private collections in Europe. Studio B. Ryzhykh and G. Neledva was a center of "artistic freedom" and opposition at such "informal academies" as workshops F. Manaylo (Uzhhorod), R. Selskyi (Lviv), and in Kiev - House S. Parajanov, workshops A. Horska, V. Zaretsky, I. Grigorieva and Z. Lyerman.
