Author Biography
Volodymyr Pasyvenko is a Ukrainian monumental artist. He was born in 1939 in the village of Obychiv, Chernihiv region. He graduated from the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School in 1967. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1973. Honored Artist of Ukraine since 1996. People's Artist of Ukraine since 2006. Laureate of the National Prize of Ukraine named after T. Shevchenko in 1998.
