DESIGN
October 30, 2010 will be the first in the history of Ukraine auction of exclusive interior items "Design". The collection of the auction will be retrospective, in addition to modern design items, 1/3 of the collection will consist of items from 1900-1970.
The auction collection of the author's subject design will include:
- Interior items
- Lighting
- Art objects (sculpture, interior installation...)
- Ceramics, glass
- Design furniture items 1900-2000 (Art Deco, Vintage, Constructivism, etc.)
Among the contemporary Ukrainian designers that will be represented are Ryntovt Yuriy, Kuznetsov Valery, Bondarenko Vladimir, Gudimov Pavel, Makhno Sergey, Tsesler Vladimir, Tyslitsky Ilya, Yaroslava Popova, Kolpakova Natalia and others.
Among the items of design of the 1st half of the 20th century: chairs by Joseph Hoffmann /Austria, 1910s/, thermos-coffee pot, design BENSON /England, 1890s/, paired vases Charles Catteau /Belgium, early. XX century/, table fan /1950s, vintage, USSR/, Art Deco items, etc.
The grand opening, presentation of the collection and the auction catalog will take place on October 22 / Friday / 2010 at 19-00 in the Center for Contemporary Art "M17" / Kyiv, st. Gorky, 104/.
Pre-auction show will last from 10/23/2010 to 10/29/2010.
The auction will take place on October 30, 2010 in the same room at 14:00. Registration of auction participants during the pre-auction exhibition and also by phone 044 386 81 81.
