Barr Norman (1908-1994) is an American artist. Born in Mariupol, in a Jewish family. During the revolution, he and his relatives emigrated to the United States. He received his artistic education at the New York Academy of Fine Arts. A participant in many personal exhibitions throughout America. Posted by Murals of Famous US Buildings.
