Valentin Malchenko (born 1963) is a Ukrainian artist. Born in Nikolaev city. Graduated from the KDIH (1986), teacher in specialty - M. Stepanov; graduated from the Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute named after. I. Fedorova (1992). Works in the field of painting and graphics. Member of the NSCU (1990).
