Author Biography
Viktor Tolochko (1922-2006) — painter, graphic artist. He graduated from Kharkiv Art Institute (1957), where he studied with S. Besedin. He worked in the genre of landscape, still life, and genre painting. Member of the Crimean organization of National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Honorary Academician of the Crimean Academy of Sciences. Prize laureate of Crimea AR. Honored Artist of Ukraine. People's Artist of Ukraine (1985). The artist's works are kept in many museums of Ukraine and private collections around the world.
