Viktor Shpakovskyi (1947-2006) is a Ukrainian artist. Born in Vinnytsia. He graduated from the institute named after I. Repin of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (St. Petersburg, 1973). Participant of national and international exhibitions (Poland, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Vatican, France). The artist's works are kept in the collections of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine, the National Art Museum, foreign galleries, and private collectors. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Lived and worked in Vinnytsia and Feodosia.
