Viktor Svynaryov (born 1953) - graduated from the Odesa State Art School named after M. Grekova (1972), Kyiv State Art Institute (workshop of easel painting of professor O. Lopukhov, 1981). Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1989). Associate Professor of the Drawing Department of NAOMA (since 1995). Teacher, associate professor of NAOMA.
