Viktor Volkov (1941-2004) was a Ukrainian artist. He was born in Mykolaiv. Graduated from the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School named after V. Mukhina. A member of the Yalta organisation of the Ukrainian Union of Artists. Honoured Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1988). The author of landscapes and still lifes rich in colour. He lived and worked in Yalta.
