Author Biography
Dennis Paul Noyer (born 1940) is a French painter, illustrator, designer. Born in France. Son of the famous artist Philip Neuer (1917-1985). He is a participant in many personal and collective exhibitions in France, Italy and the USA. The works are presented at the Museum of American Art in Whitney (New York) and in many private and gallery collections around the world.
