McNayth Thomas (born 1941) is an American painter and graphic artist. Born in Lawrence, Kansas, USA. He studied art history at Columbia University. He worked in the most popular American magazine Time (1964-1972). Over the forty years of his creative activity, McNayth created a great number of picturesque and graphic works. More than 400 exhibitions in the USA, Europe, and Asia are on the account of the artist. Performed sketches for presidential Christmas cards (1994-1996). Published 7 art albums of McNayt's works (two of them are published in Japan). The works of the artist are stored in the post-collection collection of MOMA (New York), the Smithsonian Institute (Washington), the National Library of France (Paris). Lives and works in New York and Litchfield (Connecticut).
