Biography
Gilmanshin Lukman Gilvanovich (1913-1977) - Ukrainian artist. Born in the village of Seytyak, Bashkortostan. Studied at the Odessa Art Academy (1944-1949) with M. Zaitsev, M. Poplavsky. Participant of republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions (since 1951). Member of the USSR Art Gallery. He also worked as a designer of exhibition pavilions and parks in Odessa. His works are kept in many museums of Ukraine and private collections in Europe and Asia.
